Where was Charles Dana Clift Moore buried?

My Grandfather, Charles Dana Clift Moore, a well-know attorney, was born in Brockton, Mass.  He moved to Lynn, then to Swampscott where he had a house on Buell Street for many years. He was married to Hazel Burt Moore. His children were my father, Loring Burt Moore, his brother, Charles, also known as Dana Moore and Robert Moore.

I have all the information about Charles' birth, marriage, and more thanks to the internet and many free sites.

I have found Hazel's burial place, pictures etc., but I can't find where Charles D. C. Moore was buried. Have you any information which you could share with me?

Thank you for contacting the Essex Society of Genealogists with your research question regarding the burial place of Charles Dana Clift Moore. We found obituaries for Mr. Moore from the Boston Globe (8 Jul 1933) and the Boston Herald (6 Jul 1933), which state that Mr. Moore died 5 Jul 1933 and was interred in the Swampscott Cemetery. The cemetery is located at 400 Essex Street, Swampscott, MA. The town of Swampscott's Department of Public Works, Cemetery Division maintains the cemetery and can be reached at (781) 596-8863. We recommend contacting them if you wish to find Mr. Moore's tombstone, as they may have or know the location of the cemetery records.
